01 · Introduction

To Wonder Studios.

Gents, thank you for the conversations. It clarified both the ambition and the constraints of where Wonder is heading: the one-month prototype, the focus of content hub + community, the positioning toward premium curated AI cinema, and the broader ecosystem the team is navigating through a meaningful transition.

This proposal translates that conversation into a defined engagement built around two interdependent outputs. A functional prototype that demonstrates Wonder's next-generation flagship in working form. And a strategic framing document that orients the prototype within the broader ecosystem, sequences the interplay with Circle, and equips leadership with a shared narrative for focus, roadmap, and investor communication. Together they reduce duplicated effort and avoid undoing work already in motion.

The engagement opens with a focused ingestion phase covering current Circle architecture, Wonder TV research underway, product and education intent across the team, and the operating context around the transition. Without that grounding, the prototype risks being built in isolation. With it, the prototype becomes a vehicle for validating the ecosystem thesis itself.

Proposed mid-May kickoff. Please review the scope that follows and flag anything that needs to tighten.

02 · Objectives

Eight deliverables.

Each objective is independently measurable and informs the next.
Objective 01

Conduct a discovery audit across Wonder's product vision, roadmap, dependencies, workflows, and the Circle community platform.

Output is a shared framing and execution document the leadership and product team can align around. Usable internally for focus and prioritization of this new product and its positioning. Usable externally for stakeholder conversations.

Objective 02

Map Circle in relation to and against this creator platform.

Classify what the prototype replaces, augments, or leaves alone. Sequence the transition from separate and bridged to potential integration and replacement.

Objective 03

Define what premium AI cinema and creator-first ethos feels like in product.

Translate and evolve brand positioning and language into product mechanics.

Objective 04

Develop differentiated capabilities that help establish product moat.

Mechanics that go beyond the standard community or media platform pattern, mapping latest intelligence and tooling capabilities, and anchor Wonder's position in the category.

Objective 05

Establish success metrics and validation criteria.

Signal defined before build begins. Test designed for Real Dreams creators post engagement to validate the thesis with real user evidence.

Objective 06

Coordinate with Wonder TV research in flight.

Minimize duplicated effort with current work. Integrate where it accelerates.

Objective 07

Build and deliver an ~80% functional prototype.

Leveraging the Figma prototype, refining and developing the creator hub fused with content, community features and Stripe integration. Real, testable, and engineering-ready.

Objective 08

Produce engineering-ready handoff documentation.

Clean artifacts for Engineering to harden, scale, and extend.

03 · Delivery Plan

Four phases
Over four weeks.

01
Week 01
Ingestion & Ecosystem Mapping
Stakeholder interviews. Circle platform audit. Wonder TV research review. Ecosystem framing document first draft. Scope lock.
02
Week 02
Differentiation & Design
Product ideation on unique mechanics. User journey mapping. Information architecture. Figma flows. Success metrics defined.
03
Weeks 02 to 04
Figma Integration & Prototype Build
Functional prototype construction. Content hub and community fused. Integration of Wonder TV aesthetic where useful. Weekly working sessions with Justin, async build between.
04
Week 04
Validation Prep & Handoff
Prototype testing preparation for selected Real Dreams creators. Post sprint signal gathered against success metrics. Engineering handoff documentation. Sprint-two recommendations.
04 · Engagement Team

Who owns what.

01
Kyle Kesterson
Accountable for ecosystem framing, Circle mapping, product design, prototype build, validation prep, and engineering handoff. Primary point of ownership and delivery.
02
Justin Hackney
Weekly working sessions throughout the engagement. Async input on ideation, direction, and creative decisions. The internal partner on product thinking.
03
Xavier Gregson
Milestone reviews of ecosystem framing and prototype direction. Final approval on strategic positioning and sprint-two recommendations.
04
Max Winston
Alignment on Circle overlap where possible. Review of prototype direction to avoid scope collision with marketplace work.
05
Marcus Grip
Input on how masterclass and education loops interface with the platform. Signal on which content hub affordances matter most for the creator experience.
06
Wolfgang
Coordination to minimize duplication. Knowledge transfer on research already in flight. Integration of useful work into the prototype where it accelerates delivery.
05 · Investment

A single scoped engagement.

Wonder Creator Platform Prototype
Four-week strategic + product development engagement delivering the eight objectives defined above.
Fee includes up to $500 in AI tooling and token usage.
Scope and exclusions detailed in Engagement Terms.
Engagement Fee
$24,000
USD · Fixed
Payment 50% at kickoff. $12,000 due upon signed proposal to reserve engagement cycles.
Completion 50% at delivery. $12,000 due upon engagement completion.
06 · Engagement Terms

Scope, access,
exclusions.

Scope Boundary
The engagement covers the eight objectives as defined. Scope additions (new features beyond week 2 definition, expanded ecosystem work, stakeholder interviews beyond those specified) are documented and priced separately before being undertaken.
Cadence & Availability
Weekly working sessions with Justin anchor the collaboration, with async work between sessions. Other team member timely availability at phase milestones may be necessary; missed milestones will not delay delivery but may limit input depth at those checkpoints.
Client Access Requirements
Wonder provides access to Circle analytics, current Figma files, assets, survey data, Wonder TV research notes, tooling and services, and relevant internal documentation ahead of Phase 02.
AI Tooling & Token Usage
Engagement fee includes up to $500 in AI tooling subscriptions and token usage across the four weeks. Usage beyond this threshold is flagged in advance and billed separately at cost.
Exclusions
Backend hardening, authentication systems, production infrastructure, and scale engineering are reserved for Engineering. Brand system work, final copywriting, and ongoing platform maintenance are out of scope.
Intellectual Property
All work product, including framing documents, designs, and prototype code, transfers to Wonder Studios upon final payment. Strategic frameworks and methodologies remain the intellectual property of Demystified AI.
Continuation
Continuation of the engagement beyond this scope is available as a separate conversation following prototype validation review.
07 · Activation

Kickoff sequence.

  • Review the proposal and align on scope, approach, and investment.
  • Confirm kickoff the second week of May, 2026 - Based on schedule availability.
  • Countersign the proposal and initiate up front kickoff payment.
  • Schedule stakeholder interviews as needed and as available.
  • Grant access to materials.
Principle of the engagement
"One month from now, Wonder has materially more clarity than it does today. Strong prototype signals accelerate the path forward. Weak signals surface faster than they would otherwise. Either outcome is useful."
